• Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in: no penalty.
• Cancellation between 60 days (inclusive) and 30 days (exclusive) before checkin:
penalty in the amount of 30% of the reservation value.
• Cancellation less than 30 days (inclusive) before check-in: penalty on
amount of 50% of the reservation value.
• No-show – debit of the total amount of the reservation.
• Early departure – debit of the total amount of the reservation. Given the changing situation we find ourselves in due to the
pandemic, we are flexible when it comes to cancellations due to travel restrictions and, for that reason, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Please note the following:
• Minimum stay: 3 nights;
• Check-in from 3 pm to 6 pm (if guests arrive after this time, they must
inform us in advance);
• Check-out until 11 am;
• Payment: Preferably before check-in (or on credit up to 30 days after check-in.)
